The first week
Listen to the audio and follow the workout “40 minute ep1″. You’ll be asked to..
- run 20 minutes (If you have a heart rate monitor, run at 65-70% of your MHR. If you don’t have a heart rate monitor, run at a speed that allows you to talk without getting completely breathless)
- walk 2 minutes
- run 10 minutes
- walk 2 minutes
- And run 10 minutes. (Don’t worry, you don’t need to memorize everything.Just listen to my voice during the workout
Ideally, you should complete this workout 3 times a week.
