Here’s an interesting new piece of scientific research …..especially interesting to men :) : Running and Sex.
According to a Harvard study ( here ), ( I think we can all trust them….) running for at least 3 hours per week reduces erection problems by 30%. So now you know the drill…..And if you run to music into the bargain, you’ll do your body even more good .On the other hand, if you run too much you might be too tired for sex :) While we’re still on the subject of running and sex, an English study ( here ) concludes that sexual activity three times a week over a year is equivalent to running 120km…
